Consultations

Sisterlocks™ Consultation — $85

The “starting at” fee is based on the longest measured hair. It is not the only factor considered in the establishment quote.

It is strongly recommended to have your hair trimmed prior to consultation, as damaged and straight hair may increase the amount of loose hair during the establishment.

Measured hair does not equate to the amount of hair that will be locked/viable hair.

Sisterlocks™ Installation

Short hair

Up to 3 inches — starting at $1,350
4 inches — starting at $1,400
5 inches — starting at $1,450
6 inches — starting at $1,500

Medium length

7 inches — starting at $1,575
8 inches — starting at $1,650
9 inches — starting at $1,725
10 inches — starting at $1,800

Long hair

11 inches — starting at $1,900
12 inches — starting at $2,000
13 inches — starting at $2,100

Extremely long hair

14 inches — starting at $2,250
15 inches — starting at $2,400
16 inches — starting at $2,550
17 inches — starting at $2,900
18 inches — starting at $3,100
19 inches — starting at $3,300
20 inches — starting at $3,500

Additional installation fees:
Add up to $500+ per inch over 20 inches.
Add up to $500 for density and head size.

Retightenings — 2026 Rates

Transfer Client Retightening Consultation: $85
3 to 4 weeks: starting from $160, up to 2 hours of service
5 weeks: starting from $180, up to 2.5 hours of service
6 weeks: starting from $200, up to 2.5 hours of service
7 weeks or more: starting from $240, up to 3 hours of service; $50 each additional hour or portion thereof
8 weeks or more: starting from $320, up to 3.5 hours of service; $55 each additional hour or portion thereof
8+ weeks: call for pricing
Sisterlocks™ Repair: priced at consultation
Perimeter touch-up and/or partial retightening: $90, up to 1 hour

Retightening services are billed at a minimum of $160 for up to 2 hours of service. Services are billed at a minimum of 1 hour. Accommodations made for clients to provide services outside normal business hours are subject to an additional fee.

Styling

Currently unavailable: Lots of Locs Natural Hair Studio is not offering styling services at this time.
